Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

Pursuant to applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, consumers domiciled within the European Union may be entitled to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the goods are received, subject to the conditions and limitations prescribed by law.

To validly exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must communicate an unequivocal statement of their decision to withdraw prior to the expiry of the applicable withdrawal period. Returned goods must be dispatched without undue delay following such notification.

Unless otherwise required under applicable law, the direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne exclusively by the consumer.

Returned items must be received in a condition consistent with handling only to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary may give rise to a corresponding reduction in the amount reimbursed, where permitted by applicable legislation.

Reimbursement shall be processed only after the returned goods have been received and assessed, or where the consumer has provided satisfactory evidence of having dispatched the goods, as required by applicable law.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
