Shipping Policy

  • When you buy from my shop, you have two different shipping options:
    - Standard Shipping
    - Tracking Shipping

- If you decide to use "Standard Shipping", you are not eligible for a refund or reship (Italian customers: Lo stesso vale per la vostra spedizione Standard)

- If you decide to use "Tracking Shipping", I will refund/replace your order for free if the tracked parcel is lost! And you get to track your parcel all the way to you. (Italian customers: Questo discorso a voi si applica alla spedizione Raccomandata)


  • US Orders – Important Information 🇺🇸

Following the end of the US de minimis exemption on August 29, 2025, orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees.

To make the process easier for you, these charges are collected at checkout when you place your order. The applicable amount is calculated and displayed during checkout, based on your order.

You will not be asked to pay these import charges again when your package arrives in the United States. The applicable duties and fees are prepaid by me and handled as part of the shipping process, so your package can clear customs without additional payment upon delivery.

Please note that customs regulations and applicable rates may change, and the amount shown at checkout may therefore vary depending on the contents and value of your order.

 

  • Buyers are responsible for providing the correct address for their orders
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply
