We do not accept cancellations as all orders automatically enter the processing system immediately.
Due to the nature of the handmade items, we don't accept returns or exchanges but please contact me by emailing me at blossombujo@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order! I'll try my best to help you.
Downloadable products cannot be returned.
Refunds for US Orders 🇺🇸
Starting 29th of August (date in which the United States has ended the de minimis exemption for imported goods), if you refuse to pay the customs duties or import fees, your package will be returned to me by the carrier.

In such cases, I will issue a refund only once I have received the returned parcel.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the package is lost or destroyed by customs and not returned, I cannot issue a refund.
I strongly encourage US customers to be aware of these new regulations before placing an order. Thank you for your understanding.
