Refund Policy

We do not accept cancellations as all orders automatically enter the processing system immediately.

Orders returned to sender due to missed delivery attempts or unclaimed pickup cannot be refunded.

Due to the nature of the handmade items, we don't accept returns or exchanges but please contact me by emailing me at blossombujo@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order! I'll try my best to help you.

Downloadable products cannot be returned.
