There were difficulties with the delivery for some reason, tried to pick it up couldn't. Contacted the seller, she let me know the same thing I already knew. Tried again to get my package from the local post office, was unable to, so its being shipped back. I contacted the seller, haven't heard anything back for days. I technically paid enough for shipping to get a refund even if the seller doesn't receive the items back. But I guess now I'm stuck with no stickers, a bad experience with this shop, and having spent money on dust. Be weary if you're ordering from the U.S!

I'm sorry to hear about the situation with your package. According to the tracking information, USPS attempted delivery and marked the recipient as unavailable. The shipment was sent with tracking specifically so that delivery attempts and parcel movements can be monitored throughout the journey.
After a failed delivery attempt, packages are usually held at the local post office for pickup or redelivery before being returned to sender. Once a parcel arrives in the United States it is handled entirely by USPS, and unfortunately I do not have the ability to manage or intervene in their internal delivery procedures from Italy.
Regarding my reply time: I always respond to customers as soon as possible. Your last message was sent during the Easter weekend, which is a national holiday period in Italy when businesses are closed (Easter Sunday and Easter Monday). I just saw your message after returning to work.
As stated in my shop policies, refunds cannot be issued for packages that are returned due to missed delivery or unclaimed pickup. If the parcel is successfully returned to me, I will of course contact you so we can discuss the next possible steps.
For transparency to future customers: many orders are shipped to the United States every month and are delivered successfully using the same postal service.
